Getting locked out of SOGo
I have had a lot of trouble lately accessing SOGo - I get locked out for long periods of time, which is very disruptive to my work. I had assumed that the problem was at my end but Brian tells me that he has also had this problem and spoken to you about it. You whitelisted his IP address to stop him being locked out in future, I believe.
Please could you do the same for me? My IP addresses are: Laptop: 192.168.1.67 Phone: 192.168.1.64 Router: 192.168.1.254
I would like to suggest that I ask all remaining colleagues to supply their IP addresses so that they can be whitelisted too. Do you think that is a good idea?
