In this mega commit I remove:

  * Websocket code (infrastructure remains though!).
  * Front-end code (moved to own repo).
  * Renamed the app to something more general.
  * Fixed niggling double/single quotes issue.
  * Remove docker-compose stuff (Docker is enough).
  * Slim down documentation to a quicker read.

That's it. Cut down to the what is needed.
