Look at recent changes in professor-Derni's repos
Should /e/ be using his android_kernel_sony_msm8994 repo rather than android_kernel_sony_msm8994_rework?
What do we want to add?
What /e/ apps do we want to replace or delete
Dry run the process of setting it up according to My 'Daily Driver' Setup

I wanted to check if you could create a simple install guide for the lilac + other devices you are handling.
The template to use is similar to the one used for the FP3 https://doc.e.foundation/devices/FP3/install
Starting from the section 'Unlock the bootloader'
Right up to the section where it mentions 'Success.....'
I think we will now ask the ROM Maintainers to write the install and Upgrade guides for their devices. That way it will be a tried and tested guide and not generated by a template.
Process is pretty much as documented on LOS Wikis
Make sure to get the right links to TWRP versions
Required for installation: TWRP 3.2.1 (pick the version from 2018-02-23!!!) There is a version 3.2.3 out there, but with that version I had problems to restore my backups. 3.2.1 is just working perfect for me!
OR use my selfbuilt TWRP-version 3.5.0!
Latest version: NanoDroid-23.1.2.20210117

For each device
local_manifests
repo
dev
buildWhat is the process to go through?
Doing Z3C first as it is an official LOS 17.1 device, so no new repos, and no new manifests
Document it on the private wiki
