No license for this code

This has come up on the forum, see this thread.

To do this properly we would need to have the agreement of all the contributors, I'd like to suggest that we do ask people when we have time and I suggest that we use the same license that the last version of the site had, the GPLv3.

Here is a list of all the contributors with commit count and email address (git shortlog -nes) - you can just check yourself off the list! (it'll create a log entry in the thread below).
