Partitioning ca.meet.coop

There is a dump of fdisk -l, lswh and the Ansible debug role available at ca.meet.coop.md

This issue is to:

1. Understand how the disks are partitioned
2. Work out where BigBlueButton and Docker and everything else is writing:
   • Data that is big and should be on the 4TB consumer grade SSDs
   • Data that need to be fast that should be on the data centre grade SSDs
3. Partition / symlink the directory structure in a sensible manner and move data around
