Make `aptivate-cli` run the CI setup on internewshid project

This will get the tool into circulation on a real project in a Python 2 environment.

This might be tricky but the tool has to co-exist with multiple Python versions, because that is how it goes!

Once the CI is being run, we'll get faster feedback on bugs.
