Disk space for git.coop

During the nightly backup disk usage goes above 93%, generally it is running at 73%.

Options:

1. Grow the existing disk
2. Add a new, big, /var/opt for the /var/opt/gitlab data (this is where all the data is)
3. Build a new, bigger, Stretch server and migrate to it (the current server is running Jessie)
