Revert "Bug Fix: Redirect to single organization" ie commit https://github.com/jogwen/econsensus/commit/68886b7db0dbd16d75b2c04b39f3fb31a82af2cb.

Reverting because this fix caused a bug where a single-org user can never go to organization list and hence can never see link to create another organization - see https://aptivate.kanbantool.com/boards/5986-econsensus#tasks-1251439

The revert also required de-enhancing one of the tests that Paul had beefed up to test the bug he was trying to originally fix.
