WIP: Start proxmox-ansible integration

The provisioning of VMs should be managed from the repository.

  • Basic provisioning
  • Multiple OS templates (start with Debian buster)
  • Connect all remote nodes
  • Document how the primary node configures secondary nodes (Proxmox API secret, public SSH key, etc..)
