It seems like the test only cared if things were converted
to the correct datetime and not the exact values with all that
microseconds malarky.

There are 40+ warnings and they're not really breaking
anything JUST now, so I'd rather just get moving on with
fixing the really breaking things. Once we get a little
further in the upgrade, these will break too ...

Also shorten those marker notes.

I assume the transport code can just be replaced with
a different import statement. The `hid` module code looks
like it needs a special loading. I think I've captured this
in this change.

This file can house more configurations in one.

Profile now contains taxonomy field which can be any number of fixed categories
set across all items on import. This includes item type.

On production server

Set USE_L10N to False so that we can override date/time settings in
settings.py
