Redirect to new wiki

social.coop decided to move to using Mediawiki and to deprecate the old MetalSmith/Git static site wiki, since it proved difficult for members to edit.

This merge request takes a more pragmatic approach than #8 and simply redirects traffic to the new wiki rather than trying to completely excise Metalsmith which isn't needed anymore.
