Next steps for spam response
We've been caught off guard twice by a Fediverse-intense spam attack. At least two next actions seem advisable here:
- Work with the CWG to make it easier for them to respond to mass reports, e.g. by providing bulk resolution for open cases. Sam White also developed a script he's using to help with the load and we could 'productionize' that as needed.
- Review either mailgun limits or notification policies so that we don't blow through our email limits every time we get a lot of reports.
